Built to be the contractor we'd want to hire.

Quilter Legacy Homes is a residential general contractor based in Dallas–Fort Worth. The person who quotes your job is the person accountable for it. Our crew handles carpentry, drywall, paint, tile, masonry, and hardscape; electrical, plumbing, and HVAC go to licensed contractors we’ve worked with for years, with their license numbers on your contract.

James Quilter, Owner
I grew up in the family construction business — on job sites with my grandfather as a kid, running heavy equipment for him by my early twenties. I always wanted to run a crew of my own, so once I had the experience I went out and started doing flips and renovations. I like being hands-on and overseeing the whole job: managing the crew, keeping materials arriving on time, making sure people show up, and holding the timeline. And I like being the one my clients call as their vision comes to life.
