Within 48 hours: labor, materials, and licensed trades as separate lines. Allowances called out.

Contract & deposit

Plain-English scope, price, schedule, and payment milestones. A deposit reserves your start date.

Schedule & materials

We order materials, pull permits when the city requires them, and line up licensed trades.

Build

Our crew on site, the owner checking in, and updates — daily on short jobs, weekly on long ones.

Change orders in writing

Anything outside the scope is priced and approved before the work happens.

Walk-through

We walk every item with you and clear the punch list before final payment.

Warranty

Workmanship warranty in writing. If something’s off after we leave, we come back.

How fast can you start?

Small repairs: usually within a week or two. Remodels: typically 3–6 weeks out once materials are ordered. We’ll give you a real date at the quote, not a guess.

Do I need to be home?

For the estimate, yes. During the work, no — most customers give us a key or code and get a photo update each day.

Do you pull permits?

Yes, whenever your city requires one. Permit rules vary across DFW; we confirm with your city before we quote and build the fee into the line items.

How does payment work?

Deposit to schedule, progress payments at milestones on larger jobs, final payment after the walk-through. Card, check, ACH.

What's your warranty?

A written workmanship warranty on everything we install. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you.
